Summery

What a crappy title.
I'll be going to home to Laguna tomorrow. Then the review starts, that'll be for two weeks, then classes start, more review. So before I go talk about school again, let me tell you about my summer highlights.
First, was the Open College. Which was a very memorable experience for me, at least I have a feel of college, even if it was just for 3 2 days. Then, I had my braces. The paaaaain, only during the first week. Third, we went to Zoobic! It was fun. Then the Pangasinan trip, where we swam in the beach and I only got dark by a teeny bit, I recovered immediately. Haha. Then my friends and I went to EK. Which was the best EK trip I'd ever had.
That was fast, I'm pretty lazy today. My summer was a bore, actually. If we went to The Script concert it would've been the best summer ever. But noooo.
I've watched the Gossip Girl finale, I think. Only the part where Chuck and Blair were talking about growing up and that they'll always love each other. Why wasn't I able to watch Season 4?! Now I don't know anything except that Chuck and Blair didn't end up together. And who is that guy that she kissed after talking to Chuck?! GRR. I may not have been watching it, but I've always wanted them to have their happily-ever-after. :(
That was a totally unrelated statement.

Psssssh

Blogger, hello. So for the next couple of days, I'll be kinda busy with Kumon. We started again today and thankfully I'm in level J already. But uhh, I think I won't be able to answer my homework correctly. Ugh, exponents. I'm just doing all of this for the sake of reviewing.
Speaking of review, I'm still terrified when it comes to commuting for Brain Train. I'm paranoid. Just the thought of me being late if no tricycle stops in front of me. Oh gaaaaawd. I regret it now, I should've enrolled in Sci Tech. I can just imagine the savings I'd have. :(
My dream last night was weird. The school year just started, and I'm in Miyazaki together with the former Mornese people. Only that, we were in the grade 2 classrooms, and Sir Chet was our adviser? And we had drafting tables as our, well, tables. Weird. Just thought of sharing. lol.
May. The weather's cold all of a sudden. Me likey.

Buon Giorno!
Monday, May 9, 2011

'Buon Giorno.' Those words just remind us of our teacher, and how our class would laugh everytime he says it. It's funny, okay. What with a deep voice like that. O__O
Anyways, we celebrated Mother's Day at Tagaytay in a restaurant named, well, Buon Giorno! They specialize in Italian food. And I'm a sucker for Italian food, a thing I've developed for watching Everyday Italian on a regular basis. Okay, moving on! They gave a rose-shaped chocolate to the mothers in our table, my mom, my aunt, and lola. For the food, gaaaaah, so delicious. Plus the weather's so nice. No, it rained hard. Finally! After a month of suffering the heat. Hurrah. But floods were everywhere. Overall, the day was awesome. Happy Mother's Day to all Moms out there! Especially to you, Mama. :*

Damn gravity

I won't say much about our EK thang. I'm lazy like that. If you want the details, check out Michelle's post here. At least I can say these, I rode the Space Shuttle and EKstreme! Although I'm extremely afraid of heights, and now, also gravity. Damn Space Shuttle. The going down thing was the scary part, not the loops. O_O
Anchor's Away, unlimited rides 'cause of the small number of people, Prince Harry, P'Shone look-a-like, laughs (lots of 'em) sums up the whole thing.
Last night I dreamt of Klar. We were at school and she was there, from a distance. She had long hair there. And me and my friends were calling her and she looked at us and walked away. Whoa.
This is one of those short blogs, bye.

Quick update?
Wednesday, April 20, 2011
I'm back from our vacation in Pangasinan. Truth be told, I had fun. But, songs by The Script kept playing on the radio. And I really mean almost all of their songs! If you ever come back, Nothing, The man who can't be moved. Ugh. Soo, I'm too lazy to further more elaborate my stay there. Bullets?
- We saw a real life turkey. And it's pretty aggressive, scary.
- There really is such a thing as a tree house.
- I drank freakin' red wine. And let me tell you, it has a burning sensation in your throat a few seconds after drinking it.
- Got to play a piano again after 6 years, I still remembered the short piece I learned during my lessons. I missed playing the piano.
- My cousin is so cute! Cougar crush. :))
- Got to swim in the beach again after a long time. I collected shells like I usually did!
- Hiked. Gah. Reminded me of our field trip.
Okay, I'm too lazy. So I just noticed I haven't been texting for a while, I mean, I do text but barely. Not like last year, I'm literally nonstop. Hmm?
And for some fun, here's Bruno Mars' music video of The Lazy Song. SWAG.

Down side

My summer is nothing but staying in the house and surf the net. I'm not even reading or anything productive, which sucks because I envisioned this summer to be the busiest summer ever for some reason. Reviews, actually going out, but those won't happen 'til the end of summer because my schedule for the review will be on the last 2 weeks of May and the first weeks classes. I wish it was much earlier, and I don't care if I will be studying/reviewing, at least I'm being productive.
Can I just. . . die of boredom right now.
Soo, turns out, we won't be going to The Script concert because we will be going home to our province in Pangasinan and we'll be staying there for five days. Which really sucks 'cause we leave on Saturday, the day of the freakin' concert. So there's no way we'll be going. I'm so heartbroken right now, I can't even. Ugh. The worst part, my dad might not drive us there so we'll have to commute. Which again sucks because I hate going to far places, I don't know but I just do. Call me lazy.
In a bad mood.

Forever 21 in Makati
Tuesday, April 5, 2011
Finally, there will be a second Forever 21 at SM Makati! No need to go as far as Megamall. Everytime we go to a mall, it's always in the Makati area. So yaaaaay! Sad though, we won't be going as much as before due to the super duper high toll fees. Curse youuuuu. Hopefully I'll be able to drop by this summer. :)Labels: summer '11
Culture shock

A Lasallian and a college student for the past three days. That's something to blog about, yes?
For me, it's only two days. I was absent yesterday just because I'm tired and all, I know, it's not much of a reason, my dad actually said, "Di ka pa college niyan umaabsent ka na porket pagod ka, patay tayo diyan."
Agree.
Honestly, college scares the hell out of me. And now that I've actually experienced it, at least for a while, I am speechless. First, you're just going to go there on your own, no one cares if you make a mistake or what not. You have to do your own thing. And for me who is almost dependent on others for everything, well, I'm not used to it. Then, when it comes to talking to people, I practiced it there, I asked teachers for directions whenever I get lost. Yay! Call me shallow but that's actually an achievement for an awkward person like myself. Tee hee. In short, this experience is a wake up call, I need to man it up and start being independent. Me being able to commute alone from our house to Paseo is a step up, so hooray! Shallow me.
Today was the last day, and nothing much happened. I'm just going to tell about the play we watched, "Sa Sabado, sa Sam's". It was a pretty good play, because there was a gay role and he really acted it out good. And Abby's sister was there too, she really did a good job especially on that part where she tweaked the hair of this girl who smoked in their place because smoking is not allowed (sabi ng management!) Haha. I'm not making sense anymore. But it was a good play, more people should watch it. :)
Time to end this post. I have nothing to blab about, and nothing to do for now. Now that Open College is over, I have nothing to look forward to next but the summer review I'll be having in May. May. Ugh. CHAMJDV, wanna hang out? EK or something?
Oh, and we just might go to The Script concert! I hope that pushes through. :D
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JUSTIN! >:D< :*
