All thanks to Nescafe

We had our Acquaintance Day today, a day I usually dread about because I'm awkward and I don't really get along with other people. But this year is different, I actually had fun and I must say that I participated actively during the games, they were fun! Thank you to the Nescafe that I drank during lunch time, it really got me hyper.
Going to tell all about it while memory's still fresh.
First of all, we waited 48357229 hours before it started. So I had a lot of alone time in the classroom which really sucks. But thanks to some people, it wasn't so bad. Then we had lunch, where I drank the magic drink, then changed my shirt to my team color, which was pink. We went to the gym after that and had a couple of unfreezers (my hyperness started to take effect during this) and we danced the Dalandan dance! It was fun fun fun. Then we had the games.
First game: Love for others? I think. It was held at the Suginami Hall, it was cool with the web thing and the introduction. I wasn't shy anymore. Hoorah! I lied when I said my talent was singing. HAHA.
Second game: Love for God's creation. It kinda has the same idea with last year's game, where your group should cross a certain distance using three mats as your bridge. We were second place. :)
Third game: it wasn't exactly a game, it was more of an activity. We had to draw what Sir Chet was describing with our eyes blindfolded and the lights off. Then we had this relational psychology activity. Mine was true except for one. I WAS SO AMAZED.
Fourth game: The shoes! We were grouped and our shoes were placed in front, we had to find a pair that wasn't ours and find the owner and put it on them. And the song Friday by Rebecca Black was played, then the Glee version! Define an awesome Friday.
Fifth game: Love for country. 44 seconds! Ugh, sayang. "Sure win" na eh. =))
Sixth game: This worn me out, I ran like 3 steps and my legs are feeling weak.

After the last game, we gave away the bookmarks we prepared. I gave mine to random 1st year students, yay! Last year I gave none 'cause I was too shy. I only received one in return but it doesn't really matter, I had fun fun fun. It's our last Acquaintance Day after all (awwww). Going home, I asked my brother to buy me food at McDo. Cheeseburger + float + fries = tummy fulfilled.
I told myself that I should step out of my comfort zone today, and I did. I am so happy I'm improving. Next week's the start of our regular classes. And so far I'm doing good in my goals, which is basically improving my social skills and studies (recitation included, I suck at recitation!). Oh, by the way, I know my ranking now, I'm happy with it! But I know I can do more, I'm still hoping on that list, okay. MUST EXERT EFFORT.
What an awesome first week. :D
